1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions / (Terms) govern all bookings, use of services, and business interactions with C Nashville Limo LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our transportation services, the client (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

  

2. Reservations & Bookings

2.1 Booking Requirements

  • Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in writing.
  • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings.
  • The individual making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 Confirmation

A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from the Company.

2.3 Changes to Reservations

  • Any change must be submitted by the Customer and confirmed by the Company.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

  

3. Pricing & Payment

Rates 3.1

  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rates may vary depending on vehicle type, date, time, or special events.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.     


3.3 Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to:

  • Tolls, parking, and airport fees.
  • Overtime charges
  • Extra stops or route changes
  • Cleaning or damage fees (see Section 8)
  • Peak-time or special-event surcharges (e.g., CMA Fest, NYE)

  

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Standard Trips

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to the full fare.

4.2 Special Events, Holidays, and Group Bookings

  • Require 48–72 hours cancellation notice (as specified in your      confirmation).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

4.3 No-Show Policy

  • A reservation is considered a no-show if the Customer fails to arrive within  30 minutes of scheduled pickup for standard service, or 60 minutes for airport arrivals (unless flight delays occur and were communicated).

  

5. Airport Policy

5.1 Flight Monitoring

We monitor flights to adjust pick-up times for delays; however, Customers must provide accurate flight information.

5.2 Waiting Time

  • Domestic arrivals: first 30 minutes included.
  • International arrivals: first 45 minutes included.
        Additional waiting time may incur charges by the minute or hourly rate.

  

6. Passenger Conduct

Customers must behave respectfully and comply with driver instructions. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund for:

  • Threatening or unsafe behavior
  • Consumption of illegal drugs, or Smoking in vehicles.
  • Abusive language
  • Requests to violate safety laws (e.g., exceeding legal seating capacity)

Alcohol may be consumed by passengers 21+ in compliance with state laws.

  

7. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions

Passengers agree to:

  • Wear seatbelts at all times
  • Avoid standing through sunroofs or hanging out windows
  • Keep feet off seats
  • Avoid smoking or vaping (strictly prohibited)

7.1 Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, or burning any substance in the vehicle is prohibited. A minimum $500 cleaning fee applies for violations.

  

8. Damage & Cleaning Fees

You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your party. Fees include:

  • Excessive cleaning: $150 to $500
  • Vomit or biological cleanup: $250 minimum
  • Damage to interior/exterior: actual repair or replacement cost

  

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Personal items lost or left inside vehicles
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events outside our control, including extreme weather, road closures, labor disputes, or emergencies.

  

11. Safety & Compliance

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger violates safety rules or appears intoxicated to the point of posing a risk.

  

12. Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary personal information for booking and service delivery. Your data is kept confidential and is never sold or shared except as required to process payments or comply with the law.

  

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Tennessee.

  

14. Amendments

C Nashville Limo LLC may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting to our website.
